Design of a PLC-Based Quasi-Factory-Level Practical Training and Teaching System for Intelligent Packaging Production Line

In thecontext ofthe nationalstrategyfor intelligent manufacturing,itis particularlyurgent toincorporate practical training content related toPLC intellgent control into the engineering training program inuniversities,inorderto cultivate talents inthe fieldof intellgent manufacturing andmeet the neds of national industrial transformation and upgrading. Targeting the shortcomings of traditional practical training equipment for PLC control training, this article designs a PLC-based quasi-factory-level training and teaching system for intellgent packaging production line.This system keeps up with the current frontierof intellgent manufacturing,introduces advanced technologies such as Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition(SCADA)and industrial robots,and provides a training platform that is more closelyaligned with the current realityof intellgent production,presenting theapplicationof PLCinacomplete smart production line ina realistic manner.The production line is designed asseveral subfunctional modules thatare both independentand interconnected,enablinga progressive trainingandteaching mode that greatly improves the eficiency and quality of PLC practical training and teaching inuniversity engineering training.
