Abstract: To further enhance the efciencyand qualityof industrial resistance verificationand calibration,this paper designed a fully automatic industrial resistance verification/calibration process through an improved wiring method,combined with asuper resistance tester and a multi-channel scanning switch.The software was developed using the VB.net language in accordance with the established operation procedures,which realized the batch automatic verificationand calibrationofvarious wire based industrial thermal resistors,includingthe three wire system. Italsohadthe functionof automatically generating detectionrecordsandcertificates.Through the comparative analysis of different schemes,the results show that this system significantly improves work eficiency,reduces work intensity,and further enhances the accuracy and reliability of measurement data.
