Abstract：Toobjectivelyand effectively evaluate the servicelevel of integrated transport hubs，anevaluation index system for hub service levels of comprehensive transfer hubs was established from three dimensions： equipment， traveldemand，andaditionalservices.Onthis basis，themater-elementanalysistheorywasintroducedtoconstruct amater-element model forhub service level matching.Based on the AnyLogic simulation platform，the passenger flow lines of a integrated transport hub were simulated to obtain evaluation index data through simulation. The matter-element model for hub service level matching was employed to calculate the service level of the hub and quantitativelyanalyze the key factors that affct theservice level.This method can provide an effctive reference for the design of passenger transport hubs and the optimization of passenger transport organization.
