Abstract: Currentlynatural resources monitoring faces problems such as dificult data sharing across multiple projects,lowmonitoring efficiencyand non-uniformclasificationsystem.Basedonsateliteremotesensing technology,the "1 ⋅+ X" regular monitoring method is proposed. Through the formulation of uniform monitoring standards, optimizationof technicalprocess,introductionof inteligent interpretationand multi-source data fusion technology,the methodachieves accurate extractionand eficient procesing ofchange information.The results of practical cases show that completeness rate of change patch detection reaches 92.69% to 95.69% ,and the accuracy rate reaches 96.06% to 97.19% ,which meets the needs of multiple projects such as illegal natural resources monitoring, land change surveys,and data updates of 1:10 ooo Digital Line Graph(DLG),improves theeficiencyof monitoring and the abilityof data sharing,providing scientific and inteligent technical support for the management of natural resources.
