Abstract: The report of the 2Oth CPC National Congress emphasizes the need to cultivate socialist builders and successors withall-round development inmorality,intellgence,physical fitess,aesthetics,andlabor.Labor education is avital task for vocational collges inthenew era toimplement high-level talentcultivation goals，embodyinguniquevalueorientationand historical mision.However,duetoeducational inertiaandthe specificityoflabor education,vocationalcollges faceissuessuchasinsuiintoveralleffectivenessoflaor educationanimprfectlaboreducation system,and unsound talent cultivation mechanisms.Itis urgenttoenhance the effectivenessof labor education,comprehensively improve the laboreducation system,and strengthen systemand mechanismof labor education talent training.
