Research on Precission Expansion and Maintenance Strategies for Scientific and Technological Information Literature Service Users

Abstract： With the rapid development of big data information and large language model technologies，the role of scientificand technological information literature services in various fields such as scientificresearch and industrial innovation has become increasingly important. However，amidst vast information resources and diverse user demands，accurately expanding user groups and efectively maintaining user satisfaction and loyalty have become one ofthekeyaspects in thefeldofscientificand technological information literature services.Thisarticlesystematically studiedthecharacteristicsand demand directionsofusersof scientificandtechnological information literatureservices through methods such as domain research，user analysis，and service case analysis.It proposed acomprehensive set of strategic methods such as comprehensively utilizing big data analysis，constructing user profiles， diversifying user experiences，and integrating promotion channels.Through continuous optimization and innovation，this article provided practical references for relevant service institutions，enabling them to achieve sustainable development in the market competition of the new era.
