Abstract: This article mainly analyzes the design and implementationofa digital twin model for real-time separation of machining waste chips in turming.Through the analysis of the functional design requirements for real-time monitoring andcontrolof the model,the design of the control panel,the development of the digital twin model, and theconfiguration of the protocol conversion center have been completed.It is posible to operate the model through the control panel inactual operation. Under various aspectsofdesign,development,andconfiguration,the program can be remotely monitored and controlled through connections to the twin model. 目前,由于金属切削机床生产逐年递增,所以,切削废屑的处理存在因车削加工废屑混合、后期分离不完全而造成资源浪费。(剩余1858字)
