College of Science,Heilongjiang Institute of Technology,Harbin,Heilongjiang Province,15oo5o China Abstract: Under the guiding principles of the 2Oth CPC National congress,in response to the current practical challenges in integrating ideological and political education into higher mathematics courses,based onthe Outcome Based Education (OBE)concept,with theaim of cultivating comprehensiveand applied talents,the efective integration ofthe OBE concept and ideological and political education in higher mathematics courses from four aspects: theteachingsylabus,teachingmodelsandstrategies,teachingcontent,and diversifiedassessmentand evaluation methodsare explored.Theaim is to broaden theways of educating students in higher mathematics educationand effectively improve the effectiveness of higher mathematics teaching.
