教学督导对提升本科医学教学质量的实践与思考

摘 要 教学督导工作是直属临床学院教学质量监控的重要组成部分,是稳定教学秩序、强化管理职能、提升人才培养与教学质量、深化教学改革的重要保证。文章以中山大学第七临床学院为例,针对目前存在的督导评价体系进行分析,并提出可行性改进方向与建议。

Practice and Reflection of Teaching Supervision on Improving the Quality of Undergraduate Medical Teaching

Abstract Teaching supervision work is an important component of teaching quality monitoring in directly affiliated clinical colleges. It is an important guarantee for stabilizing teaching order, strengthening management functions, improving talent cultivation and teaching quality, and deepening teaching reform. The article takes the Seventh Clinical College of Sun Yat-sen University as an example to analyze the current supervision and evaluation system, and proposes feasible improvement directions and suggestions.
