“双减”政策下中小学休闲体育活动的开展

——以棋类项目为例

摘要“双减”政策推动了我国教育的深化改革，为休闲体育活动在中小学的顺利开展提供了契机。围棋等棋类项目蕴含优秀的中华传统文化，是休闲体育活动的重要组成。文章以棋类项目为例，系统探究了“双减”政策下中小学休闲体育活动的开展策略与途径，以期为中小学校园休闲体育的开展提供参考。

Development of Leisure Sports Activities in Primary and SecondarySchools under the Policy of "Double Reduction"

——Take Chess Items as an Example

Abstract  The "double reduction" policy has promoted the deepening reform of education in China and provided an opportunity for the smooth development of leisure sports activities in primary and secondary schools. Chess events such as Go contain excellent traditional Chinese culture and are an important component of leisure sports activities. Taking chess as an example， this paper systematically explores the development strategies and ways of leisure sports activities in primary and secondary schools under the "double reduction" policy， with a view to providing reference for the development of leisure sports in primary and secondary schools.
