打造特色工作室推进就业指导工作改革实践

——以浙江工商职业技术学院计算机类专业为例

摘要这些年随着各地高校扩招，以及国内先进制造业产业转型等多种因素影响，使各地高校就业指导工作面临着诸多问题。文章在建设就业指导特色工作室的基础上，从课程建设、教研队伍培养环节入手，融入思政元素，联合政校企，依托各种资源，稳步夯实职业规划与就业指导教育环节，并在改革实践中取得了较好的效果。

Reform Practice of Employment Work in Higher VocationalColleges Under the New Situation

——Take the Electronics and Information Major of Zhejiang Business Technology Institute as an Example

Abstract  In recent years， with the expansion of colleges and universities in various places， as well as the transformation of domestic advanced manufacturing industries and other factors，  the employment guidance work of colleges and universities in various places is facing many problems under the new form. Based on the construction of a characteristic studio for employment guidance， this article starts with curriculum construction and the training of teaching and research teams， integrates ideological and political elements， joins forces with government， schools and enterprises， and relies on various resources to steadily consolidate the links of career planning and employment guidance education. In practice， good results have been achieved.
