地方高校车辆工程专业应用型人才培养模式创新研究

摘要文章阐述了车辆工程专业应用型人才培养模式改革的背景和目的，针对车辆工程专业在应用型人才培养方面所存在的问题，重点介绍了湖北文理学院车辆工程专业在应用型人才培养模式改革和创新方面的举措以及所取得的成效，可为地方本科院校进行应用型人才培养模式改革提供一定的借鉴和参考。关键词地方高校；车辆工程专业；应用型人才；人才培养模式

Research on Innovation of Training Mode for Applied Talents ofVehicle Engineering Specialty in Local Universities

Abstract  This paper describes the background and purpose of the reform of applied talents training mode for vehicle  engineering specialty. Aiming at the problems existing in the cultivation of application-oriented talents in the vehicle  engineering major of most local universities， this paper focuses on the measures and achievements of the reform and  innovation of application -oriented talents training mode in the vehicle engineering major of Hubei University of Arts  and Science. This can provide some reference for local undergraduate colleges to carry out the reform of application- oriented talents training mode.
