终身学习视域下的教师专业发展探析

摘要随着终生学习理念的发展与推广，终生学习成为各行各业提高竞争力的必然选择，尤其在教育行业，终身学习对教师实现自我价值以及促进教育教学专业化发挥着重要作用。该研究从探讨教师专业发展和终身学习理念的基本含义着手，总结出终身学习对教师专业发展的一些新思路，以期在教师专业发展路径的探讨中碰撞出新的智慧。

Analysis of Teachers'Professional Development from thePerspective of Lifelong Learning

Abstract  With the development and popularization of the concept of lifelong learning， lifelong learning has become an inevitable choice for all walks of life to improve their competitiveness. Especially in the education industry， lifelong learning plays an important role in realizing teachers' self-worth and promoting the specialization of education and teaching. This study starts with discussing the basic meaning of teachers' professional development and lifelong learning concept， and summarizes some new ideas of lifelong learning on teachers' professional development， with a view to collision of new wisdom in the discussion of teachers' professional development path.
