“三全育人”视域下高校人才培养创新实践——以新疆大学“生态学”专业为例

摘要“三全育人”旨在培养德智体美劳全面发展的综合型人才，为民众整体素质的提升以及加快社会主义建设的步伐提供支持。文章深入分析了当前我国高校人才培养的现状，基于“三全育人”的深刻内涵提出了高校人才培养的创新实践途径，以期为新时代高校人才培养提供参考和借鉴。

Innovative Practice of Cultivating Talents in Universities under thePerspective of "Three-all Education"

——A Case Study of "Ecology" major in Xinjiang University

Abstract  The aim of the "three-all education" is to cultivate talents with all-round development of moral， intellectual， physical， social and aesthetic qualities， and provide support for the improvement of the overall quality of people and accelerate the pace of socialist construction. The paper deeply analyzes the current situation of talent cultivation of college students in China; based on profound connotation of "three-all education"， this paper proposes innovative practical ways of talent cultivation in colleges and universities， in order to provide reference for talent cultivation in the new era of colleges and universities.
