基于 ERG需求理论的高校贫困生帮扶路径研究

摘要文章通过分析高校贫困生资助工作现状，探讨高校贫困生困境发生原因。基于需求视角结合 ERG 理论模型探讨高校贫困生多层次需求的帮扶路径。通过精准帮扶、心理救助、技能提升三个维度，构建多渠道资助与全方位育人相结合的帮扶路径。

Research on the Path of Helping Poor College Students based onERG Demand Theory

Abstract  This paper discusses the causes of the plight of poor college students by analyzing the current situation of the aid work for poor college students. Based on the demand perspective and ERG theoretical model，  this paper discusses  the  multi-level  needs  of poor  college  students.  Through  the  three  dimensions  of precise  assistance， psychological assistance and skill improvement， we will build a support path that combines multi-channel funding with all-round education.
