“三全育人”视域下高校心理育人工作路径探析

摘要心理育人作为“十大”育人体系之一[1],是高校思想政治工作的重要内容,是大学生健康、全面发展的保障。为提升心理育人质量,在“三全育人”理念指导下,文章提出整合心理资源,凝聚全员育人合力;遵循成长规律、打造全过程育人体系;探索有效载体,构建全方位育人格局三点探索路径。

Abstract  Psychological education, as one of the "ten major" education systems, is an important content of Ideological and political work in colleges and universities and a guarantee for the healthy and comprehensive development of college students. In order to improve the quality ofpsychological education, under the guidance of the concept of "three complete education", it is proposed to integrate psychological resources and condense the joint force of all personnel; Follow the growth law and create a whole process education system; Explore effective carriers and build a comprehensive education pattern.
