基于霍尔三维结构的中外合作办学教师队伍管理体系构建研究

摘要文章运用霍尔三维结构理论和方法,结合教师管理缺乏顶层设计、外方教师融入度不够、教师绩效考核不完善、教师队伍结构不合理和外方教师开展课程思政不充分等问题,从时间维、逻辑维和知识维三个维度出发,构建了中外合作办学教师队伍管理体系模型。

Abstract The paper using Hall's three-dimensional structure theory and method, combined with the problems of lack of top-level design of teacher management, insufficient integration of foreign teachers, imperfect teacher performance appraisal, unreasonable teacher team structure and insufficient ideological and political development of foreign teachers, constructs the management system model of Chinese foreign cooperative school teachers from three dimensions: time dimension, logic dimension and knowledge dimension.

当前我国的中外合作办学已进入质量全面提升阶段,在推进中外合作办学项目内涵式发展、提质增效、跨越发展的过程中,教师队伍的管理已成为中外合作办学最核心的内容之一,对中外合作办学水平的提高至关重要。(剩余3994字)
