局外生存:“有志从教”的非师范生缘何迷失
——基于群体叙事研究

摘要文章首先呈现四位本科非师范生“为从教做准备”所遭遇的困境。其次,刻画非师范生局外生存的内在体验:自我价值感衰落、自我归属感迷失。接着从制度悖论、话语权失落、师范文化区等三方面分析这一群体的现实性焦虑。最后为其如何“走出迷失”提出建议。

The Outsidles: Why Non-normal Major Students with "Teaching Intention" Lost

Abstract The article first presents the plight of four undergraduate non normal students who are "preparing for teaching". Secondly, it depicts the inner experience of non normal college students' external existence: the decline of their sense of self-worth and the loss of their sense of belonging. Then it analyzes the realistic anxiety of this group from three aspects: the system paradox, the loss of the right to speak, and the normal cultural area. Finally, suggestions on how to "get out of the lost" are put forward.
