复杂地质条件下站场桩板墙施工技术实践与应用研究

Abstract: Relying on the pile-board wall project of a transportation station in the southwest mountainous area, this paper proposes a comprehensive support system of "bored piles + retaining plates + graded gravel backfilling" based on the shallow hilly alluvial topography of the site, complex stratum distribution and the sensitive environment of adjacent operation lines. Through key processes such as rotary drilling rig hole forming, skipping hole construction, underwater concrete pouring and prefabricated retaining plate installation, technical problems such as difficulty in hole forming in soft rock formations, deformation control of foundation pit excavation, and safety protection of existing lines have been solved. Practice has shown that the system has strong soil retaining ability and accurate deformation control, which can meet the safety and durability requirements of traffic station and yard projects in high-intensity earthquake areas, and provides a technical reference for the construction of pile-board walls in similar complex environments.
