Abstract: Based on the production process of the company's sheet metal products and customers' requirements for quality, this paper explores and establishes a quality digital management model based on sheet metal smart manufacturing. By establishing MES quality management and integrating it with the full-process virtual manufacturing design system, MES production system and ERP system, closed-loop management such as quality planning, inspection plan, quality review and correction prevention is realized, and real-time monitoring of quality data in the production process is realized, quality control and testing is carried out. At the same time, it records and tracks information involving people, machines, materials, quality and other information in the production process of the product to realize traceability and quality traceability throughout the product production cycle, thereby ensuring the stability of sheet metal production quality and providing effective data support for product quality traceability and analysis.
