Abstract： Based on the technical plan of the Dacan Bay Tugboat intelligent system， a tugboat intelligent system that complies with the Smart Ship Code 2024 of China Classification Society is proposed. Through data collection， storage， integration， and ship-shore connectivity， the system enables real-time monitoring， energy optimization， health assessment， and safety warnings， significantly enhancing operational efficiency and safety. The research results show that the system has good compatibility， scalability and practicality， providing an important reference for the intelligent development of tugboats.
