Abstract: Against the backdrop of in-depth advancement in global industrial digital transformation, the aviation industry, which is characterized as a strategic sector with high technology intensity, capital intensity, long cycles, and high complexity, is witnessing a fundamental shift in its project management model, moving from traditional experience-driven approaches to digital intelligence-driven ones. This paper takes the full-life cycle of aviation project management as its research thread, systematically analyzing the core impact mechanisms of digital transformation on project decision-making, process control, and collaborative efficiency. By integrating practical cases of typical projects such as the Airbus A350 and COMAC C919, the paper delves into the application paths and value-added effects of innovative technologies including intelligent monitoring, big data-based schedule forecasting, blockchain-enabled supply chain collaboration, and AI-powered risk management.
