Abstract： With the rapid progression of urbanization and the increasing scarcity of land resources， traditional land reserve management methods are no longer sufficient for the detailed requirements of modern urban management. This paper investigates the application of 3D real-scene reconstruction technology in land reserve management. By utilizing techniques such as photogrammetry， LiDAR scanning， and multi-source data fusion， we construct a high-precision 3D model to achieve visual management of land reserves. The research results demonstrate that 3D real-scene reconstruction technology can significantly enhance the efficiency and accuracy of land reserve management， providing robust support for urban planning decisions.
