Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy, efficiency and coordination capabilities of general layout management in industrial plants, this paper takes the construction project of Jiangsu Yonggang Group's general layout information system as an example to conduct in-depth research on the application of BIM technology and GIS technology in the general layout information system. BIM is used for three-dimensional modeling and information integration, and GIS is used for spatial data analysis to optimize general layout management capabilities, effectively improve the precision of general layout management, reduce construction design conflicts, optimize pipe network layout and improve construction efficiency. Reduce post-maintenance costs. The system architecture integrates five core functional modules: general layout browsing, information query, information statistics, simulation and information sharing. The system provides innovative solutions for general layout management of industrial enterprises and has important guiding significance for the implementation of related engineering projects.
