Abstract: Aiming at the production management needs of manufacturing enterprises, focusing on product complexity as the core, the key technologies for establishing working hours quotas are studied. Starting from the complexity of the product itself and the complexity of the product assembly, a corresponding calculation model is constructed, and a similar product set is constructed based on similarity. On this basis, multiple regression analysis and least squares method are combined to build a relationship model between product complexity and working hour quotas, which is used as a tool to predict working hour quotas, in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of formulating working hour quotas.

工时定额是指在一定的生产技术组织条件下,制造合格产品、完成一定工作任务量对应的时间限额,包括工作、准备、休息与生理时间,是制造企业管理生产成本、编制生产计划、提高生产效率和合理分配薪酬的重要依据。(剩余5617字)
