Abstract： The foam spray system is an important and widely used main transformer fire fighting system. The system requires regular replacement of foam liquid and maintenance. Based on the system composition principle and maintenance content and steps， the risks existing in the maintenance work are analyzed and corresponding control measures are formulated. Control measures and effectiveness analysis of the implemented work prove that the risk management and control measures are safe， scientific and effective， providing reference for the maintenance of foam spray fire extinguishing systems in other substations.

主变压器是变电站的主要电气设备，油浸式变压器内部含有大量可燃烃类变压器油，发生内外部故障后极易起火甚至爆炸，烧毁变压器及相邻建筑物，引起大面积停电，造成人员伤亡，产生恶劣的社会影响 [1] 。（剩余3983字）
