Abstract: In the context of smart manufacturing transformation, the tobacco industry has put forward higher requirements for manufacturing execution system (MES) and needs to achieve collaborative optimization of production efficiency, quality control and scheduling decisions. This paper studies the optimization needs of MES in improving production efficiency and compliance control, analyzes the optimization paths of production data integration and real-time monitoring systems, and proposes smart scheduling algorithms, data-driven dynamic scheduling strategies, and artificial intelligence in decision support systems. Fusion application explores the collaborative optimization mechanism of scheduling and decision modules. Research can provide technical support for the intelligent upgrade of MES systems in the tobacco industry, thereby improving the digitalization and intelligence level of the manufacturing process.
