Abstract: Aiming at the problems of uneven distribution of outlet nitrogen oxides ( NOx ) and excessive local ammonia slip in the selective catalytic reduction(SCR) denitrification system during deep peak shaving of coal-fired units, this paper constructs an SCR transfer function model with time delay and second-order inertia characteristics. Based on a multi-loop independent PID control algorithm, a closed loop control system for zonal ammonia injection is designed. Through simulation verification, the fluctuation of NOx concentration at the outlet of each zone is stable at 35~45 mg/Nm 3 , and the deviation from the set value of 40 mg/Nm 3 is controllable; the NOx distribution unevenness indicator continues to be below 20%, meeting industrial control requirements. The research results provide theoretical support and simulation method reference for the optimization of denitrification systems in the flexible transformation of coal-fired units.
