Abstract: This paper introduces the structural design of a certain aircraft counterweight box and the calculation method of the static strength of the box and its connections. Load in different directions is loaded on the surface mesh in the form of uniformly distributed pressure, and finite element analysis is carried out. This paper introduces commonly used counterweight solutions for different flight purposes, and proposes strengthening of box structures in different directions. For the connection strength of the box and the longitudinal beam, the thread strength is analyzed by engineering calculation.

大型飞机相同装载状态下起落架收、起落架放下时机体的重心会后移,随燃油消耗飞机重心会向前移动,这样,飞机重心与重心包线前边界趋势基本吻合,飞机重心与重心包线后边界偏差随燃油消耗而增大。(剩余3993字)
