Abstract:Inresponsetothedemandforimprovingthesensoryqualityofcigaretes,thispaperfocusesonheoptimizationofthe vacumoisturiingprocesssysteminthetobacoprocesinglinenddeeplyanalyzesthetechnicalpathsforeducingffflavors, suppresingiitation,andhancingthecomfortoftetaste:constructingaprecisequalityindexcontrolodel(includingamoisture increment of 1%~2% , core temperature of ,and back-through rate of 80%±5% )and acollaborative optimization mechanism for keyprocess elements(vacugee,moisturingetodprocsscycle,roceingtesity)eakingtoughteliiaisf traditionalprocessoughontrol;iovativelyproposingndpracticingtee-dimesioalcaborativeprocesspathasdote dynamicouplingofawmaterialcharacteriticsandprocessparameterssteammoisturizingtoetainaromacomponents,low-presure penetratioforecalesioofvosndakpoessigtopssdgiispathspeially commonprobsoflciietroletsiduingofos,uppressgiaiolorlatiode componentsithecentssoryqualityupgadeoftetobaoproceinglineprovidingprocssotizatinreferecesandthical inspirations for the sensory quality upgrade of the tobacco processing line.
