Abstract：Withthedevelopmentof intellgenceof winch devices，thecomplexityofwinch devices hasalsoincreased，soit isincreasinglyimportanttocarrouthealthtestingandachievefaultdiagnosis.Atpresent，thereisnofaultdiagnosisequipment specificallyforwinchdevicesonthemarket.Itisthefirsttimetodesignfaultdiagnosisequipmentforwinchdevices.Basedon thediagnosisneedsof winchdevices，thispaperfirstanalyzescommonfaultsinthecontrolpart，andconcludesthatthemain sourceofthecurentfaultsistheabnormalchanelsignaloutputofsensorsandotherelectronicdevices.Chanelsignalsneed tobecoletedandfaultdiagnosedSecondly，thehardwareandsoftwareembededsolutionsoffaultdiagnosisquipmentare designed.Finallrelevantexperimentsarecariedoutonthefaultdiagnosisquipment.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthe currentfault diagnosisequipmentcanaccuratelydiagnosethefaultsofsensorsandelectronicdevices，andcanefectivelyhelp field personnel discover problems and troubleshoot them as early as possible.
