燃煤锅炉空预器堵塞防控技术研究与应用
——基于烟气导流优化与温升热解工艺的创新实践

Abstract:Withtheadvancementofultra-lowemisiontransformationofcoal-firedpowerplants,theblockageproblemofair preheaterafterdentrificationseriouslyrestrictsthesafeandconomicoperationoftheunit.Aimingattheclogingproblemof the air preheater of the 3# boilerunit of a certain plant, through numerical simulation and field tests,this paper proposesand implementskeytechnologiessuchasfluegasdiversionoptimization,temperaturerisepyrolysisplugingremoval,andhighand lowtemperaturefluegasmixing.Theresearchresultsshowthatbyinstalinghorizontalandaxialguideplates,theflowvelocity deviation of the denitrification flue section is reduced from 47.3% to 14.8% ,and the ammonia escape volume is reduced by 0.837tons/day;afteradoptingthetemperaturerisepyrolysisprocess,theresistanceoftheairpreheaterisreducedby700 Pa, and the exhaust gas temperature isreduced by 2.9 C ,realizing online blocking removal without stopping the furnace; the applicationofcommunicationfluetechnologyensuresthesafeoperationofthebagdustcollector.From2O21to2023,a cumulative efficiency of 6.57 million yuan has been created, reducing CO 2 emissions by 893 tons per heating season. This technicalachievementprovidesaneficientandlow-carbonsolutionfortheclogingcontrolofairpreheaterincoal-firedpower plants,and has significant promotion value.
