Abstract:Thispaperthoroughlyinvestigates howinteligentwindpowertechnologyinnovationdrivesenergytechnology transformation,analyzingitsinherentmechanismsandpracticalapplications.Theresearchfocusesontheaplicationofcutingedgetechnologiessuchassmartsensing,intellgentcontrol,andintellgentfaultdiagnosisinthewindpowersetor.Troughan inovativesensornetworkoptimizationdesign,whichintegratesdynamicweightfusionandKalmanfilering,dataperception accuracyissignificantlyenhanced.Intermsofcontrol,afusionofModelPredictiveControl(MPC)andadaptivecontrolis employedtoachieveoptimalpowercaptureandloadcontrolforwindturbines.Forfaultdiagnosis,thispaperproposesadep learningmodelbasedonRecurentNeuralNetwork(RNN)toimprovetheaccuracyandrobustnessoffaultidentfcation. Simulationresultsvalidatetheremarkableefectivenessoftheseinteligenttechnologiesinenhancingwindpowersystem efficiency, improving grid adaptability,and enabling predictive maintenance.
