近距离煤层外错式巷道支护优化研究

Abstract:Inordertosolvetheproblemofroadwaymaintenancewithstaggeredlayoutunderthegeologicalconditionsof close-distancecoalseam,takingtheauxiliaryhaulagegatewayof3S2O3workingfaceastheengineringbackground,onite investigationandtheoreticalanalysismethodswereusedtoanalyzethetunneldeformationmechanismofthe3S2O3auiliay transportationroadduringmining:theintervalbetweenlayersistosmallandthereisnokeylayer;teofsetdistanceofthe 3S203auxiliarytransportationroadarangementisunreasonable.Anoptimizedjointsupportplanofhollowgroutinganchorable + onebeamandthreepilarsisproposed.Afterfieldaplicationandmonitoring,thisjointsupportplancontrolsthemaximum roof displacement within 200mm , and the maximum pressure of roof anchors and cables with in 110kN . The joint support design well controls the deformation of the roadway.
