Abstract: In response to the problems of scaling in circulating water of a 28 000Nm3⋅h-1 oxygen generator unit and excesiveexhausttemperatureofanitrogencompresor,aphosphorus-freecompositescaleandcorosioninhibitorLGHB-ZH-01 (PASP/HPMA/AA-AMPS-HPA) was developed. At 80°C and 50mg⋅L-1 it achieved 73.65% scale inhibition and 0.0294mm⋅a-1 carbon-steelcorosion.Equippdwithautomaticdosing,uniformwaterreplenishmentandchemicalcleaning,thesystem concentration multiple is stableat 3.4±0.1 ,cutting compressor outlet temperature to $\leqslant 4 0 \ \mathrm { ~ \textleqslant ~ }$ ,saving 31% water and 47 % chemicalsannuallandenabling12monthsofunplanned-shutdown-freeoperation.Thestudydemonstratesapracticalroutefor phosphorus-free,low-consumption and long-term stable operation of high-temperature circulating water systems.
