Abstract：Naturalgascompresorsarewidelyusedinnaturalgasextraction，bostinggathering，transportation，storageand otherfields.Thedischarge pipelineofthecompressorprocessgassystemcandischarge thelargeparticleimpuritiesandoil stainsseparatedfromtheseparator，achieving thepurificationofcompressedgas.However，whenworkinginharshandcold environments，pipelinesarepronetofrezing，waxdeposition，andblockage，makingitdificulttodischargeproperlyandffecting thenormaloperationofthecompressr.Thispaperfocusesonintroducingthecompositionofthecompresorblowdownpipeline， proposingthepipelineheattracingandinsulationscheme，designingtheoptimal pipeline insulationstructure，andsummarizing the advantages of the overall insulation scheme.
