Abstract:Aimingattheproblemthattheoveralltestdataofthesteelcontainment structureisgreatlydisturbedby temperatureandcannotbedirectlyusedforstructuralperformanceevaluation,thetemperaturefielddistributiontypeofthesteel containmentshellisfirstanalyzed,andathermalandmechanicalcouplinganalysismodelofthestelcontainmentshellis established.Thermalandmechanicalcouplingcalculationsarecarredoutontheradialdeformationoftheshellbarelandthe verticaldeformationofthedomeunderdiferenttemperatures,andtheinfluenceoftemperatureonthedeformationofthesteel shellisevaluated;fromtheperspectiveofengineeringpracticality,atemperaturedeformationcorrctionmatrixofsteel containmentisconstructedandaapidcalculationmethodoftemperaturedeformationofsteelcontainmentisestablished.An exampleanalysisiscarredoutonthespecificapplicationofthismethod.Theresultsshowthattheproposedmethodcan achievetemperaturecorrectionofshelldeformationbasedonmeasuredtemperaturedata,avoidingcomplexfiniteelementmodeling calculations.
