填料类型对沥青胶浆性能影响的试验研究

Abstract:Inordertostudytheefectsofthree mineralfllers,namelyslagpowder,slakedlimeandlimestonemineral powder,onthepropertiesofasphaltmortars,asphaltmortarswithdiferentpowder-to-binderratioswerepreparedwiththree mineralfilers.Teeectsofthreemineralfilersonasphaltworkability,low-temperatureproperties,andhigh-temperature rheologywerestudiedthroughBrookfieldrotaryviscositytest,tensiletest,anddynamicshearrheology(DSR)test.Theresearch resultsshowthattheviscosityofasphaltcementincreaseswiththepowder-to-binderratio,andthelow-temperaturecrack resistancealsoimproves.Amongthem,theviscosityvalueofslag powderasphaltcementisthelargestandthelow-temperature performanceisthebest;theanti-rutingfactorofthethreemineralflersonasphaltcementhasbeenimproved,andtheantirutting factor of slaked lime asphalt cement has increased significantly.

沥青混合料中粒径小于 0.075mm 的矿物填料对沥青混合料的配合比设计、沥青路面的施工及性能有着关键性的作用[,如提高沥青胶结料的黏度及劲度,影响沥青混合料的拌和及压实特性,改善沥青混合料的抗水损害性,提高沥青混合料的抗老化性能等[2-4],一些工程应用研究表明,在一些情况下,只要选择的填料是合适的,推荐的粉胶必合适,通过添加填料的方式可以增强沥青路面的施工性及各项路用性能,而矿物填料在沥青路面中所起的作用又取决于填料的物理和化学特性,以及填料与沥青胶浆的相互影响。(剩余4975字)
