Abstract:Focusingonthetechnicaldificultiesinhoistingconstructionof large-spancomplexspatialsteelstructures,this papertakesacertainculturalandsportscenterprojectasanexampletoconductanoptimizationstudy.Themain hallof the projectadoptsatriangularsteelpipetrusssystemwith35irregulartrusss,withaspanrangeof30.6to76.2 meters.Basedon theprojectcharacteristcs,astagedhoistingtechnicalrouteisproposed:duringthebasementconstructionstage,thesteelbone columnsarehoistedlayerbylayerusing truck cranes;during themainstructurestage,acombinedprocessof"groundunit assembly + high-altitudesegmentedhoisting"isadopted.Amulti-indexevaluationmodelisestablishedtocompareandanalyze diferentconstructionschemes,andastandardizedhoistingprocessandmethodthatbalanceseficiencyandcostisultimately formed,aiming to provide a reusable reference model for similar sports venue projects.
