Abstract:Inviewoftheproblemthat wasteincineratorgrateisprone tomechanicalwearandhotcorosionleading to failureinhightemperatureandcorrosiveenvironments,thisstudyproposessolutionsthroughstructuralimprovementandsurface anti-corosionprocessoptimization.Asplitdesignisadoptedtoprolongwear;TiC-basedNi-toughenedcompositesurfacing technologyisusedtoformacorrosion-resistantcermetcoatingforcorrosionpreventionthrougharc-asstedself-propagating reaction.Theresultsshowthatthesplitdesigncanextendthelifeoftheoverturnedgrateplatestomorethan3years,andthe surfacingcoatingcandelaythefailureprocessfor2years,efectivelyreducingthewearrateandhotcorosionstrengthThis strategyhassignificantlyimprovedthefailureresistanceofgrateplates,extendedthecontinuousoperationcycleofthe incinerator,and provided key technical support for the development of waste incineration equipment.
