Abstract：Inthefieldofnetworksecurityinmycountrynetworksecurity levelprotectionplaysanimportantrole.Inorder toimprovethefunctionalityofthelevelprotectionevaluationsystemandobtainaccurateandreliableevaluationresults，theB/S architecturewasselectedasthebasisfortheconstructionofthelevelprotectiontestsystem，andadesignwascariedout.It hasthreediferentfunctions：userinteraction，businesslogicprocessing，anddataaccess，andtheesignofthesystemoerating environment，functionalmodules，anddatabasearecarriedoutinturn.Atotaloffivefunctionsaresetup，namelyuser management，databasemanagement，projectmanagement，logaudit，andautomaticevaluation.Thenthevariousfunctionsofthe systemandtheimplementationmethodsofthedatabasearegivenrespectively.Thedesignedsystemcanmettherequirementsof automaticevaluation.Theevaluationandanalysiswerecarriedoutbycombining theapplicationofone-wayanalysisand comprehensiveanalysismethods，whichcanprovidereliablescientificsupportforthedevelopmentoftheclasifiedprotectionof cybersecurity work.
