Abstract:Thispaper presentsthe designand implementationof apoweredwedingrobot for filter fences based ona flexiblecutingmethod.Therobotadoptsarear-wheeldiferentialdrivestructurewithamaximumheightof1Ocm,ensuring excelentpassabilityandmaneuverability.Theflexiblestelwirecutingmechanismeficientlyperformsweedcutingbyrotating high-speedsteelwires,reducingmechanicalimpactandminimizing theriskofequipmentdamage.Theelectroniccontrolsystem, basedontheSTM32F407chip,integratesPIclosed-loopspeedcontrolanda915MHzindustrial-gradecommunicationmodule, achievingprecisecontrolandelectromagneticinterference-resistantcommunication.Theprototypetestverifieditsexcellent structuraladaptability,wedingficiencyandsystemstabilityIthashighengineeingaplicationvalueandprovidesaafeand efficient automation solution forweeding in the filter fence.
