高校辅导员参与学生创业价值观教育问题及对策研究

摘 要 创业价值观教育在思想层面对于创业教育的进一步完善，是结合社会主义核心价值观理论体系，对高校在创业教育方面提出的必要要求。本文从高校创业价值观教育的现状出发，分析了创业价值观教育过程中存在的教育观念上缺乏动力、教育过程中缺乏设计及教育水平上欠缺知识等问题，并提出了有针对性的解决对策。

Abstract The further improvement of entrepreneurship education in the ideological level is a necessary requirement for colleges and universities in entrepreneurship education combined with the theoretical system of socialist core values. Starting from the current situation of entrepreneurship values education in colleges and universities， this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of entrepreneurship values education， such as the lack of motivation in education concept， the lack of design in education process and the lack of knowledge in education level， and puts forward some targeted countermeasures.

创业价值观教育是在创业相关专业知识教育的基础上，通过转变教育方式、教育观念对于学生创新创业意识、工匠精神及职业道德等创业相关精神进行培育与发扬。（剩余3467字）
