医科大学“非医”专业教育改革创新实践

——以桂林医学院公共事业管理专业综合教学改革为例

摘 要 “非医”专业的人才培养模式创新是医科大学教学改革的重要内容。本文以桂林医学院公共事业管理专业为例,从专业定位、优化课程体系、创新教学手段、提高学生自主学习能力四个方面介绍综合教学改革的具体措施。通过本文的介绍,将为医科大学“非医”专业人才培养创新提供了实践经验。

Abstract The innovation of personnel training mode of "non-medical" specialty is an important content of teaching reform in Medical University. Taking the public service management major of Guilin Medical College as an example, this paper introduces the specific measures of the comprehensive teaching reform from four aspects: professional orientation, optimization of curriculum system, innovation of teaching means, and improvement of students' autonomous learning ability. Through the introduction of this paper, it will provide practical experience for the training and innovation of "non-medical" professionals in medical university.
