提升高职院校领导班子治理能力的路径

摘 要 高职院校领导班子的治理学校能力是加快发展现代职业教育的关键。文章首先阐述了高职院校领导班子应具备的治理能力;之后分析了高职院校领导班子在治理能力方面存在的问题;最后初步探讨了新时代提升高职院校领导班子治理学校能力的有效途徑。

Abstract The management ability of the leading group in higher vocational colleges is the key to accelerate the development of modern vocational education. This paper first expounds the governance ability of the leading group of higher vocational colleges; then analyzes the problems existing in the governance ability of the leading group of higher vocational colleges; finally， it preliminarily discusses the effective ways to improve the governance ability of the leading group of higher vocational colleges in the new era.
