翻转课堂理念在混合式教学模式中的应用

——以高职“文明服务与礼仪”课程为例

摘 要 在线上线下混合教学模式教育实践中，出现了学生学习积极性不高的问题，在线教学资源上没有被充分使用，将翻转课堂理念应用到混合教学实践中，可以有效地解决这一问题。本文就高职“文明服务与礼仪”为例， 详细介绍了从混合式教学的准备阶段、实施阶段和评价阶段如何应用翻转课堂理念。

Abstract In the practice of online and offline mixed teaching mode， there is a problem that students are not active in learning， and online teaching resources are not fully used. Applying the concept of flipping classroom to the practice of mixed teaching can effectively solve this problem. This paper， taking "civilized service and etiquette" as an example， introduces how to apply the flipped classroom concept from the preparation stage， implementation stage and evaluation stage of mixed teaching.
