人本管理视角下的高校教育管理研究

摘 要 人本管理是现代管理的一种核心理念。在高校教育管理中引入人本管理，能够激发学生的积极性和创造性，引导学生健康成长，同时提高高校教育管理的工作效率，有利于实现高校可持续发展。本文分析了人本管理在高校教育管理中的作用，提出了其在高校教育管理工作中的应用实践。

Abstract Humanistic management is a core concept of modern management. The introduction of human-oriented management in higher education management can stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of students， guide the healthy growth of students， and improve the work efficiency of higher education management， which is conducive to the realization of sustainable development of colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the role of humanistic management in higher education management， and puts forward its application practice in higher education management.
