Abstract：Inresponsetothenationalstrategyofbuildingaculturalpowerandtherequirementsofintegratingideological educationintocurriculum，toinherittheexcellntagriculturalcultureofChina，thisresearch takesricecultureashe startingpointtoexploretheorganicintegrationpathbetweenricecultureandtheideologicaleducationofuniversity Englishcourses.Thecurrentchallengesof integratingagricultural cultureintoEnglishlanguage teaching wasstudied，and afour-dimensional framework comprising“objective—content—methodology-guaranteemechanism”wasconstructed. Throughempiricalinvestigationsinvolvingstudentsandteachers，thepracticaleficacyoftheintegrationpathsisvalidated. Resultsindicatestatisticallysignificantimprovementsinstudents’Englishexpresionofrice-elatedterminologyandoveal culturalconfidencefollowingcourseimplementation.Thestudyprovidesanactionableparadigmforcultural integrationin collegeEnglishcurrculumdevelopment，oferinginsightsforcultivatinganewgenerationwithbothculturalawarenessand global perspectives.
