以稻芽、陈皮等为主的中药方对小儿厌食症的疗效分析

Abstract：Inorder to studythetherapeuticeffectofricesproutandtangerinepeeloninfantileanorexiaandimprove the treatmentlevelofanorexia，atraditionalChinesemedicineforinfantileanorexiabasedonricesproutandtangerinepeel waspreparedinthisstudy，anditsactualeffcacywasanalyzed.Thestudyusedthispreseriptiontotreat1Ooopatients. Thetreatmentresultsshowedthatafter4weesof treatment，thecurerateofpatientswith diferentages washigherthan 73.8±1.9% ，and the improvement effect of appetite level of patients was higher than 74.1±0.1% .And after 12 weeks of long-term observation，the recurrence rate ofpatients was lower than 2.0% ，and theincidence of adverse reactions such as abnormal liver function and nausea was lower than 4% .From the above results，it can be seen that the traditional Chinesemedicineprescriptionbasedonricesproutsand pericarpium citrireticulataeproposed in thestudycaneffectively treatinfantileanorexia，andthepreseriptionhashighsafetyandlowprobabilityofadversereactions.Thisstudycan provide data support for the medical effect of rice bud and pericarpium citri reticulatae.
