Abstract：Tiegeng-15O7isanewmedium-maturing rice varietydevelopedbytheAcademyofAgricultural SciencesofTielingCity throughmulti-generationsystematicselection，using Kai-226asthefemaleparentandTiegeng-8asthemaleparent，andusing techniquessuchasartificialemasculation，preciseremovalofanthers，andtransplantingwithbaggngisolationforhybridizationIt wasapprovedbytheCrop VarietyApproval CommiteeofLiaoning Provincein 2O2o.Characterizedbyhighyield，superiorgrain qualityandresistance toneckblast，Tiegeng-5O7issuitableforcultivationinthemedium-maturityricegrowingregionofiaoning Province and similar ecological regions with effective accumulated temperature above 3，100 .This paper summarizes the key cultivationtechquesofiegeng-O7，incudingspasesowingfortrongseedlings，easonablething，sientificfertilatioad irrigation， and timely harvesting.
